Where is my order shipped from?

Your order is shipped from Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within Malaysia. We will expand our shipping areas soon, so stay tuned for some exciting updates!

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your registered contact number which you have provided us at checkout.

When will my order be shipped, and how long will it take?

We ship out orders everyday from Monday to Friday. Orders made on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays will be shipped out on the next working day.

Orders that have been shipped out will usually take 2-3 days to reach you. However, the duration of shipment is solely based on each courier company and may take longer than expected should there be unforeseen circumstances.
